first designer. As the designer, every project at The Technology
Therapy Group crosses Tom’s desk and his work includes
everything from Website and eBlast design to development.
Tom’s favorite part about working at The Technology

basis, continually learning new techniques and enjoying the
people he works with.

Melissa Welch
Due to The Technology Therapy Group's growth, Melissa joined
the team in April 2007 as Project Manager. Melissa’s
primary responsibilities include updating and inputting content
for websites, helping to set up and manage client email and
managing all client projects. She is also responsible for
training clients on how to use a content management system.
Melissa’s favorite part of her job is when clients have
the “ah-ha” moment. When spending time teaching
clients, Melissa describes the “ah-ha” moment
as the pieces falling into place and clients grasping the
concept she has been explaining.
Prior to joining The Technology Therapy Group, Melissa was
a Commercial Property Manager in Chicago, Dallas and Indianapolis.
